About the project
Keysource provided a tailored consultancy solution which captured the business requirements and carried out a non-intrusive assessment of performance, best practices, capacity and resilience to produce a full report and an evaluation with stakeholders.
ATCORE is a major supplier of travel reservation solutions to the tour operator and global travel industry. The ATCOMRES suite of software applications enable travel companies to operate more efficiently and address the industry’s core challenges – to reduce costs and increase productivity – while, at the same time, offering a more flexible product range and improved customer service. ATCORE selected Keysource because they demonstrated a clear understanding of the key business drivers and objectives of the assessment. They were also well positioned to advise with accredited practical skills and knowledge, including Uptime ATD qualifications and as an endorser for the EU Code of Conduct.
A dedicated consultant completed the business needs analysis and managed specialist resources throughout, combining their knowledge and insights for the findings. A tailored assessment was undertaken in the form of a four step process spanning a four week period. The purpose was to establish business requirements and expectations and driven by this carry out a design risk assessment (Single Points of Failure), a gap analysis against Uptime Institute Standards and a review of the Facility Management to identify gaps in service and risk.
Following the presentation of the assessment findings and further consideration by ATCORE Keysource was invited to develop a number of the recommendations into a tailored solution to improve the ongoing service and support of the facility and to enhance the resilience of power and cooling systems.
