Consultancy services for London-based charity
One of the oldest social and charitable organisations in the world approached Keysource to help assess the options to upgrade or replace an existing server room in London.
Keysource initially provided consultancy services, working closely with the stakeholders. This included audits of the estate, technology and protocols to define the right approach to the critical and technology infrastructure, whilst factoring in the need to minimise the risk during the project, the future risk of downtime and to ensure ease of maintenance and operation.
A number of options were put forward along with costings and benefits, and a solution was agreed.
To ensure that the agreed design was correctly executed to the highest standards required in this critical environment, the client then took the decision to appoint Keysource to project manage the implementation, taking the role of design guardian, ensuring that the client requirements and design were adhered to by contractors and project teams.
