| About the role: As Keysource continues to expand, we are seeking a Pre-Construction Manager to join our Tactical Delivery Team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and integrating critical information to support the contract, design, and delivery processes. At Keysource, we recognise that successful project delivery requires a coordinated approach across multiple business units and functions. The Pre-Construction Manager will play a key role in leading the planning phase of projects, ensuring effective integration across all areas. This position will involve delivering activities that drive work-winning initiatives and project mobilisation, supporting consistent performance and sustainable growth. Key responsibilities: – Develop and maintain processes and templates to ensure a consistent approach to project planning. – Define and agree on project planning requirements and programmes. – Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to successfully deliver project planning objectives. – Identify opportunities to differentiate the business and gain a competitive edge. – Create comprehensive, integrated project plans that address market challenges, mitigate risks, incorporate health and safety considerations, and align with cost planning goals. What are we ideally looking for? – Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. – Proven customer relationship management and service delivery abilities as this role is customer facing and will be running client meetings. – Solid technical understanding of project activities and workflows. – Experience across all stages of service delivery, from tender and contract through to practical completion, including an understanding of the RIBA design stages. – Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other MS Office tools. – Previous experience in data centre environments. – Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. – Project management experience (optional). This role will be based out of our Gatwick office (working on a hybrid basis), and additionally some travelling to sites will be required. Sounds like a great opportunity?
